The Quad Ring, also called X-rings, are four-lobed double-acting seals used in static and dynamic applications. These type of double-acting seals provide a better sealing and lower friction than convetional o-rings. Standard Material of Quad Ring is NBR and usually available in Inche Sizes. We are able to manufacture Quad Ring in custom sizes and different materials including Viton (FKM), EPDM etc for specific application.

These D-rings and D-ring kits are designed for Caterpillar Equipments. There are circular seals with a rectangular cross-section to prevent leadkage and contamination. Standard Material of D-ring is NBR.

The V-Rings offer optimal, pressure-free axial sealing on all types of rotating shafts. It can be used for static applications in certain applications and can also be used to protect a mechanical assembly from impurities, greases, oil or dust.

made entirely of rubber, V-Rings can be easily stretched to fix over assembled parts and one size can fit a number of shaft diameters.

Standard Material of V-Rings is NBR. For special applications that require high temperatures, V-Rings can be produced in FKM material.

Chevron V-Ring is a single acting seal specially designed to work in water, water-oil mixtures and producted from special formulated reinforced cotton fabric with nitrible rubber.

Due to the special formulated reinforced cotton, fabric with nitrile rubber, it service life is much longer than the normal cotton fabric seals.
